There is a special terminal for flights to TLV at MUC (Terminal F), but it is only used for ex-MUC pax and not connecting pax. In your case, you can expect a cordoned-off gate (seems to be H46 usually) with extra security and questioning similar to flights to the US.

Btw, quite a few gates at MUC have facilities for extra security screening, but normally you can just walk through, especially the low H-gates used by UA.
