You won't get any complaint on that, it's been poor for many a year and got worse with the catering changes. Hard to know how they will extend service to mediums, but I would be surprised if this included replacing the tea service. As it was before on these routes, it may well be a meal at lunch & dinner, tea and breakfast/brunch outside of those. Be nice if this could be validated on the MAD route.
