DL is hit or miss for FEBO. I've been on plenty of odd numbered flights where they started in the front anyway. My strategy on odd numbered flights is to sit in the middle of the cabin.

I normally prefer bulkheads but Row 1 on the 739 is pretty tight and I avoid Row 1 on the 739s generally. 2B still leaves a decent shot at a better meal option is they do start in the back and follow FEBO whereas if you're in Row 5 and they don't follow FEBO and start at the front, you're that much less likely to get your meal choice.

No leniency on the SkyClub access. LAX-ATL is not transcon Delta One service. Just standard domestic FC service. This will not get you SkyClub access.
