transfer balance from Secure Pay Card to normal Amex?
My question is about the Secure Pay Card.
Is it possible to apply the balance from one of these cards to your normal Amex credit card or charge card balance? I'd just as soon get out of the business of carrying this card and managing the remaining balance?
I could just buy myself an Amazon electronic gift card I suppose, and then apply that to my own account.
