There are other carriers available. No one is compelling you to fly BA. If it's too expensive then the options are to fly BA but in a class other than CW, or to fly with another airline. My last trip home was booked with AA but operated by BA and I booked WT+ as I couldn't afford the CW fare and AA was cheaper than BA in WT+ in any event. Ditto for my flight home in September when again I have booked with AA as it was significantly cheaper than BA.

As [MENTION=176259]richardwft[/MENTION] says above, the alternative would be a daytime flight which is much more palatable in steerage plus!
