What is your Priority Club status?
Spire Inner Circle

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked two King Bed Executive Nonsmoking rooms, given the same adjacent rooms on the fourth (top) floor on the Northeast side of the hotel away from the elevator with a view of Yaquina Bay.

How are the rooms?
Very clean and fresh, with ample living space. The Executive Rooms have electric fireplaces which I thought would be nice, but they have a loud blower so you can't leave them on for long before you get annoyed.

How is the exec. lounge?
N/A

What was good and what was bad?
Terrific location and walking distance to the Oregon Coast Aquarium. Relatively new build and no visible signs of wear in the rooms and common areas. No issues finding a parking space in the free lot. Standard free breakfast options.

Only bad thing was the noisy fireplace.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Overall, a solid choice. The $5 difference between the King Bed Leisure Nonsmoking and King Bed Executive Nonsmoking isn't worth it, IMO. I'd stay here again if visiting the area.
