For the ones that have done this before, do
you just pick your flight and when its time to pay (checkout) will there be an extra box for me to just enter the cert number and boom it applies
? Or do i need to "redeem" it first by somehow going to the redeem site enter the number to "activate it" and apply the voucher to my skymiles account?
