They were a mix of everything including work travel.
By the way, if you work for a large company (zaibatsu etc), there is a possibility of an unpublished status match.
My company allows matching to JAL (from ANA status only) because our in-house travel agent has a special contract with JAL.
I didn't end up doing it due to timing of match etc. but you can try asking your company travel agent if you want the statuses quickly.
