Just received an email regarding my booking there in September - it's leaviing the chain tomorrow:

I'm sorry about that but have to say I'm not surprised. I thought it was a very good hotel with tremendous rooms and excellent breakfasts. The location suited me too. However I've been there three times and it has never been anything like full.
