The "dinner" will be cold and likely the choice between a sandwich and a salad with some protein on the side. bse is correct in that there are no ovens on the 175s, therefore in the morning you'll get a continental breakfast. Maybe a fruit plate or cereal? Haven't taken a breakfast flight on the 175 so I am not sure.
