I have something similar, except mine doesn't say "restricted". I see this message instead when I login to alaskaair.com:

The Mileage Program account has some discrepancies. Contact Customer Care for assistance at 1-800-654-5669, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:45 p.m. (PT) and Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (PT).
When I called AS they said they were reviewing the account cause they noticed several credit cards that were opened and closed, ha, whoops!
