Breakfast service is an absolute joke on AA flights in business class in the Caribbean (which feature domestic first class seats in a 2-2 config on the A319, B737-800, etc.)
On a recent flight in the front cabin from Providenciales to Miami, a snack basket was passed around and there wasn't too much to choose from. And that plus coffee, OJ, etc. was the extent of "breakfast" in business class on American.
