Amusing how many of us will now leap to defend CE, despite moaning about it incessantly. I will defend it too. To answer the OP, it is certainly not the worst business class seat in the world. My beef is that BA have steadily degraded the CE product (my biggest bugbear being the woeful middle band catering) but in fairness I must also say that it (i) is competitive with the product offered by other legacy European carriers (aside from TK) and (ii) having regard to the other perks (e.g. lounge access, extra tier points etc.) can often, looked at in the round, be reasonably good value.
