Amazing the lack of research people do into trips... Surely this is so well known now, a simple search of this forum... Or even a google search would have thrown up a ton of information about this subject. Even the Travel Classes section of the BA website would have shown what to expect...

Maybe I am just the sort who over-researches things before committing to them... But it never ceases to astound me that people don't look a things before booking or buying.
