Just got off a few TPAC flights. Menus both ways don't indicate Hot bites as an option at all nor extra bedding amenities including pajamas, mattress pads and gel pillows. All were available upon request, but what was concerning is the lack of awareness being made to customers these products exist. I know gel pillows are coming to all seats, but I saw a very low uptake of Pajamas and mattress pads. Is this another devaluation about to happen as the lack of awareness will lead to low uptake and therefore justify removal? Heck the menus stated several times that bedding items should remain onboard , but nothing about what is being offered.
