Upgrade failed to clear. It was pending after OLCI, and declined when I checked upon arrival at AKL International Koru Lounge. Flight very full. RU re-credited to my account on 23 May.

Upgrade confirmed immediately after OLCI (23 hours before flight). Only 8 people in PE out of 40 seats.
