Somebody has to pay for the new stadium and arena!
Personally I haven't rented a car here in years with the exception of (1) stays at JW Summerlin or other off strip properties and (2) excursions to death valley. Otherwise there is no benefit to having a car here, particularly with strip traffic, parking fees, etc.
