After calling this Afternoon..
I must remind people though our request was to use it 1 time (departing from T2) when we didnt quite qualify for the Novotel stop over stay (our stop over is 11hrs and 40mins) and my grandmother is 86 years of age so I am concerned for her and want to make sure she gets some rest between flights (use the sleep chairs In T1).

If it was only a 2-4 HR stop over the lounge on the 4th floor in T2 would have been fine instead.
