Does American have a meal service in International Business and First where the meal is served in one service as soon as possible after take off (Executive Dining in United speak)?
They have also upgraded the food offering in some Flagship Lounge locations, so one can eat a reasonable meal in Lounge and go straight to sleep on flight. I find trying to sleep from just after take off works better than being awake for the meal and then trying to sleep at destination time zone...
