Agree - no manifest I have ever seen clipped up in galley has fare paid or upgrades noted on it. Just elite levels noted (inc MM where applicable) and any VIP notes from sales etc if pertinent.

DOES get a more detailed print-out copy from gate (at least on It'l flights) with more detailed info?
Joh and I always have long the view whilst 1Ks that we also say to FA "please bring us whatever is left". They nearly always seem to appreciate that makes their life easier. In every case we still got a full choice after the soft-shoe shuffle mealtime poker game was completed, and on several occasions were later offered a bottle of wine for being "helpful" IK's.
