I'm wondering about going for Plat Pro also, but I have to think there aren't that many CK/EXP's flying on award tickets on those routes.

Responding to the previous post, there aren't that many other differences between Plat and Plat Pro other than free SDC, and SDC can conflict with upgrades (you get upgraded the day before on the 7PM but you want to take the 5PM instead - there's a seat but not in F).

And I wouldn't dismiss upgrades on short-haul flights. If you're flying a lot, flying home in F after a day of meetings/business/etc. can make you a lot less grouchy by the time you get home.
