As a PSC person I can assure you the PSC-MSP 7 AM gets a cold breakfast in F, usually cereal with milk. May include other things such as muffin and/or fruit. Not much of a meal, but food.

If you do a dummy booking, click on details before picking a fare and then meal service and you have an idea of what to expect.
