Well another alternative is always the cash+points, which can be the equivilent of points for as low as 1.5 cents per (CAT 4 is 5000+$75 for the usual 10k. etc.) However not all the properties have C+P rates available all the time, even if there is an award night offered. This offer at 35% off comes to 2.27 cents per point, so decide if you can use them for better than that rate. I needed some more for my younger son's honeymoon in Italy, but I did the 4 stays for the 7500 promo and that took care of that as well as 4 more stays towards this year's 25.
