On my flight home from CHS yesterday, there was a girl with a dog on a leash who marched past Mr jtwiz and me (front of Group 1 line) to go through pre-boarding. The GA said people with pets (not a service animal) do not get pre-boarding. The girl made a stink about it "I always get pre-boarded, yada, yada, yada." In the end, the GA let her get on. It was 6:00 AM - too early and not worth it for anyone to fight about it. I really can't blame the GAs, it is a no-win battle.
