That would make sense. SQ12 > SQ 7 13:25-17:50 (4h 25m ground time).
SQ8 > SQ11 06:40-10:00. (3h 20m gound time)

Maybe between the 1 hour less gate occupancy time and early morning they let SQ8/11 use a gate?
