I think that the whole company infrastructure behind the original issue has been largely replaced, and thus feels no attachment towards doing anything more than what they believe as to be following the letter of the agreement.

The BBB has sided with Hyatt in claims filed in this case, so i don't think that anything short of legal action could help you here.
