I understood that there was a minimum of 1800 XP in 2 years (only with AF & KLM)

Bolding in your posts is mine
To make it clearer because each word is important: only AF/KL/A5-marketed flights count for Ultimate. For instance, it means that an AF-marketed but DL-operated flight counts. But a DL-marketed / AF-operated doesn't count.
And, when I say AF-marketed, it means the flight on your ticket has an AF-flight number (I am not referring to whom you purchased the ticket from or the plate on which the ticket has been issued; those have no importance).

It was a bit like a zoo, with people walking past, wondering why that part was cordoned off and who that VIP must be behind the cordon. Everybody looked at that snoring man, who would’ve gone unnoticed, if he hadn’t been made an “exhibit” by the cordon and the label on the table as a VIP. Quite a sorry sight. I think that the idea of reserving some space in the lounges for their best passages is a good idea, but they should also give them some privacy and not exhibit them like zoo animals.
I promise it wasn't me
