Hi all,
I have a flexible reservation and the possibility to miss the first night (late flight/missed connection). Reading the hotel cancellation policy it says:
Canceling your reservation before 4:00 PM (local hotel time) on xx, xx June, 2018 will result in no charge. Canceling your reservation after 4:00 PM (local hotel time) on xx June, 2018, or failing to show, will result in a charge equal to the entire stay per room to your credit card. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
So if I understand correctly showing up for check in on the 2nd day (morning) shall not cancel my reservation.
May I ask is my understanding correct / what is your experience, please? If it matters the hotel is IC Dusseldorf.
