A bit off topic but i have realised that we have 2 policies here. First is the reasonable policy that we see many times at BA, LOT, SAS where the upgrade to from Y to C or Y+ to C is usually 10% or even 20% cheaper compare if you had bought the ticket in C. And then we have Qatar or LH group where the upgrade policy does not make much sense. These 'offers' are at least 20% to 30% more expensive than if you have bought the ticket in C in the first time.
