Pathetic, and reminds me of NOT long ago, Saturday evening entering YYZ Dom MLL - 4 agents at the Desk, and NOT one could answer simple question - Does the last flight to YVR, # 129 have full meal service in J??? otherwise go have proper dinner in terminal.

Well, after considerable run around - NO answer, and advice is when I go to gate, I can ask there - really???

not sure why I waste my time with this nonsense - called Concierge and off the top of her head, she had the answer - incredible.
