I must be lucky. I've flown 45 flights this year, 77,000 miles and I've only had one issue with power or WiFi. My A350 LAS-ICN had the WiFi cut out early in the flight, but every other flight the power (USB or 110V) works without fail, and I've had 2KU WiFi that's enabled me to strams the NHL Playoffs without issue.
