I'm currently in the middle of a 4-night stay at the Hilton Milan, Italy. I'm a Gold, and my father is a Diamond. We each booked a room under our own status. The old wiki post indicated continental breakfast in the dining room for Golds. We were told we could have the full buffet in the restaurant, or the intermediate buffet in the lounge. I've updated the wiki, although Gold's should note that the front desk agent told me that they do not guarantee Lounge access for Golds. It depends upon how busy they are.
