Yes, that's why we have 16 pairs of slippers at home from our Asia trips. Useful for when we have overnight guests.
The one thing that is also provisioned at each seat in Polaris First to Asia is the mattress pad. It's in the little closet that each seat has. I don't know if they do the same thing for Europe. But, that's one of the things that I always ask with the gel pillow when I fly in J (to Asia and Europe)
