Now I'm a little confused as to which rewards (StopShop Points or FuelRewards Points) gets redeemed first. In the past when I had stopshop points and FR points, I always swipe my Stopshop membership card at to make sure the first $1.50 off come from my SS points. It works each time in the past few months. However, when I got my gas today. All the points seem to get redeemed from my FR even if I swiped my SS card. So has things changed recently? How do you guys make sure you redeem SS points first?
I'm wondering if this has something to do with the expiration dates of those points. All my SS points have a expiration date in June. All my FR points expire end of this month, which is May 31st. So the points which have a early expiration date get redeemed first?
