Waterfront Marriott many rooms have small balconies - I think they some rooms with bigger available. Worth calling and asking.
Hi/lo - no balconies
City Center - no balconies
AC - no balconies
Not sure about the nines (SPG)
I think the Residence Inn may have balconies. If not, it at least has a separate living room.
