First of all, truth is an absolute defense to any defamation claim -

Secondly, creating liability for FT would be a wildly difficult process and would never be able to attract a plaintiffs lawyer - I assume you did not actually think the FA or the union was going to pay for it!!

Bottom line - don't post the name because it is tacky, not for legal reasons
