While OP could likely use the GDPR to peruse her data and figure out what is wrong, a simpler alternative is to use the systems which have existed for a long, long, long time and notify BA that it is erroneously addressing OP.

Further demonstration that the entire issue of titles and honorifics in a digital age is simply one more useless data field.
