Anyone have any thoughts on the upgrade situation at this hotel? For example, when traveling Asia as a Platinum I rarely use SNAs, as they go out of their way to upgrade me. As opposed to the USA where I almost never get upgraded. However, I don't have any experience in China. Do plats get upgraded when not sold out or would SNAs be in order?

Also - has anyone booked a tour to the terra cotta warriors, city wall, mosque area with the Westin? The other companies mentioned within this thread are out of business. Any other reccos?
