I stayed there last year as a Platinum for three nights and was given a Barcelona Panoramic View room (one category upgrade). No breakfast or club access though. Not sure if I'd go back as they value their corporate guests a lot more than us.

There are some nice restaurants down by the beach like Restaurante Can Majo which you really need reservations for in advance, especially if you want outdoor seating.
