Upgrade: Deluxe Opera House View to Executive Opera House View - meaning higher floor with full view vs lower floor partial view
Early Check-in: Arrived hotel at ~10 am. Offered non-upgraded room for immediate check-in, or upgrade room pending house keeping. Could use pool/gym while waiting if we wanted. Decided to walk outside instead. Got call at ~12:15 that room is ready.
Late Check-out: left at 4pm.
Breakfast: Full buffet with custom egg dishes. It's not a very big restaurant and quite crowded.
Amenity: $100 (120 AUD) F&B credit. Used for room service and high tea in the cafe.
Premium Internet: Free for everyone.
Other freebies: fruit platter and chocolate truffles
Good value with the F&B credit as the hotel rate was 320AUD.
It was a Sunday, their main restaurant was closed. The cafe doesn't serve dinner. Pretty much left with room service if you want non-Asian cuisine. Newbie (working holiday visa?) staff at the 2 other restaurants we went to were quite clueless in general.
Front desk, concierge, bell desk provided excellent service.
