That might be a struggle to find exact information for a flight nearly 3 years ago. Do you have any memory of roughly how long you were delayed? It looks like the flight number was BA8452. There is an online resource here for LGW and LHR flight
London Heathrow & Gatwick Airports but I don't know of one for LCY flight.
You also mentioned you were connecting? What was the full itinerary? The key is usually the arrival time at your final destination rather than at an intermediate connecting point.
