The 20$ upgrade was only available on some routes.
But the real question here was whether paying for the “official” flight instead of the “hidden city” ticket would be worthwhile.
I ended up buying a hidden-city ticket yesterday for 100$ per pax in C. It was even cheaper due to a longer layover in BOG. I’ll use that to explore the city.
