I'm pretty happy with Hyatt recently. Staying at a rock-bottom rate at HR North Houston (IAH airport). Was upgraded to a "Junior Suite". At this particular property, a "Junior Suite" is a huge 800 sq ft room. Everything's bigger in Texas. However, the shower water control was broken and would not produce hot water. The house mechanic worked on it for about an hour. Instead of making the wait even longer, they chose to move me to the "Presidential Suite" which is 1200 sq ft. Yep, I'm happy with Hyatt these days.
