I am having an issue with seat selection on OS too...

Reward ticket Full Flex Business.
When I pull up the reservation on LH and want to change the seats, it allows me to select the new seats etc, but there in nothing saved... looks to me like a JavaScript issue as the seat selection screen is an overlay on the main page.

Same thing happens if I try using the Miles and More portal.
