And since you're not paying the resort fee, you shouldn't get free calls either. You do get free internet with your HH Diamond status, so no loss there either.
I agree I do not think I should get the F&B credit, I was just wondering if I would, since as someone mentioned you still get this and that at other places, and they aren't keeping track of who paid the fee or who didn't (paid room or points room).
However, I never mentioned my HH Diamond status (yes it's under my Profile) but the resort fee has nothing to do with it, it has to do with using points, and I could have amassed enough points at any HH level, so not sure why you mentioned it?
My question is because I usually don't care about a lot of the "nonsense" things resort fees cover, so I really don't know whether you get them if you are on points or not (internet, hula lessons, beach umbrellas, etc.). So IF I was going to get the F&B credit (which I would consider a great gift) I want to know to have to plan a meal (we'd have $125 to spend for 5 nights) at the hotel. That's all.
