The new wording in RCC/ADMIT seems to have omitted this - I think by mistake because under the *G info it continues:
If guests were only allowed when travelling in F then this note would be meaningless. I think this is an unintentional omission.

I would agree that this does seem to imply that a non-UA/US Star Gold can bring in a guest to any RCC traveling on any itinerary, but it is certainly not 100% clear.
Maybe the other profile referenced,
S*RCC/ALLIANCE has more detail? Can anyone post that?
