Another (similar) access question.
I am flying on a "J ticket" YYZ - Asia (UA/NH) that happens to be booked in Y (actual "Y fare") from YYZ to ORD (that segment was booked full in J). I am UA Platinum, but this particular flight is being credited to another program (Eurobonus), so my Eurobonus number is on the booking and will be on the boarding passes.

- Can I access the lounge by showing my UA Plat. card without having to change the FF number on reservation (I don't want to risk mileage earning for the other program, certainly not worth one lounge access).
- Would being in J and "I would have been in J if there only was space" help?
