Which regional carrier are you on? That would make a difference. PSA usually only blocks row 5ACDF and 13AC for airport block, so with your status the rest of seats would be up for grabs for you or already filled. Skywest however usually airport blocks the first 3 rows on a CRJ2. Not sure about Mesa or some other non-wholly owned regionals
