On the CRJ-200, there really isn't a good seat

. If I find myself stuck on one, I usually just try to get an aisle seat because the window seats are really tight due to the curvature of the plane. The exit row (row 8) offers slightly more leg room if you can get it. Otherwise, if you are near the front at least you will get off of the plane quicker
