I rang BA to upgrade from wtp to CW using avios and pre paid for seat 1A , when I looked at the map I thought 4A is the better option as instant isle access so switched to there, just looking again now and it is £1 if I wanted to move back and £87 if I want row 2, why £1 if it was free to move from 1 to 4 ?
